Tim has been with Samband of Iceland / Icelandic® USA since 2001. Currently, he is Sysco Specialist and National Seafood Trainer for Icelandic® USA. Previously, Tim had 10 years of food service management operations in inflight catering operations, air terminal, hotel and hospital food service management. He also spent 16 years in broker management representing Iceland® brand seafood products. Tim has been in regional management for the Northeast, Mid Atlantic, Mid West and Western United States, working primarily for the Tyson Seafood Group and Samband of Iceland / Icelandic® USA.
