Jim began his foodservice career with the former Iceland Seafood Corporation as Marketing Coordinator in 1998 and now holds the position of Director of Marketing Services.  Previously, Jim held the position of Membership Director at the Hampton Roads Metropolitan Y.M.C.A. in Hampton, VA.  He earned an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Christopher Newport University in Newport News, VA.
